Delivery Terms
By completing checkout, you agree to our delivery terms. We will aim to accommodate your delivery preferences, but the final delivery date is determined by us. Deliveries are curbside only, and someone must be available to assist with unloading.
- Delivery Confirmation: A photo will be taken upon delivery to confirm receipt. Please check the quantity of materials before the driver leaves. If no one is available, the delivery will still take place, and the goods will be left at the front of your property. Once delivery is completed, the goods become your responsibility.
- Delivery Risks: Gravity Builds is not responsible for any theft or damage after delivery, so we advise having someone available to accept the goods.
- Delayed Deliveries: In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed (e.g., due to vehicle breakdowns). We will do our best to deliver the same day, but if this is not possible, we will promptly reschedule.
- Contractors: We advise against scheduling contractors on the day of delivery, as deliveries can occur up until 8 PM or may be delayed. Gravity Builds is not responsible for any costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
- Reporting Issues: Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Gravity Builds is not liable for any claims after this period.
Rejected Deliveries
If you reject a delivery, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover delivery costs.
Product Variation
Please note that the appearance of wood grain or colour in our products may vary slightly from the images on our website due to monitor settings, batch variations, or design updates. We recommend ordering a sample pack before making a purchase.
Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback, you agree to pay a £250 + VAT handling fee to cover the processing and resolution of the case.
